I have recently had the pleasure of co-operating with Tracy and experiencing first-hand her unique and refreshing coaching style.  The challenge was to merge two teams of independent asset managers comprised of seasoned and experienced professionals.

As their external coach, Tracy’s optimistic vitality was so contagious that both teams were quickly drawn into a good-spirited and cheerful form of participation.
