I have recently had the pleasure of co-operating with Tracy and experiencing first-hand her unique and refreshing coaching style.  The challenge was to merge two teams of independent asset managers comprised of seasoned and experienced professionals.

As their external coach, Tracy’s optimistic vitality was so contagious that both teams were quickly drawn into a good-spirited and cheerful form of participation. With well-measured determination and energy, Tracy coached the teams, enabling them to realize their respective strengths and bringing them to the understanding that mutual success would be achieved only by “marching separately and striking together.” With her engaging style she skillfully enabled both teams to recognize and appreciate their individual strengths, to be preserved in the post-merger phase.

Today the teams continue to perform superbly and work together harmoniously – I am very grateful to Tracy for having made the transition so smooth.
